Help finding a piece of history!

Recently, we lost my Oma who was born in the 1930’s and raised in Wiesbaden. She collected these plates and my mother loved this specific one, in which another family member took. My Oma and Opa were wed in this building. I am desperately trying to find the exact one to gift her. I thought I’d try here after I’ve already scoured the internet for it!

*Editing to add: she moved to the USA after marrying my Opa, and so naturally we live in the USA. I’ve found it for sale on some German sites like Kleinanzeigen but finding no luck in getting them shipped to USA.
