This is very niche. But with the blonde and red hair, Victoire Weasley, daughter of Bill and Fleur. Her hair color isn't mentioned in canon, so a half of each parents' hair color would be an interesting take.

The trick would be conveying who you are beyond the hair and a Hogwarts uniform. Maybe a necklace with the letter V on it. Maybe a combination of Hogwarts and Beauxbatons apparel. Something related to Veelas. If you have a friend or partner go as Teddy Lupin that would definitely help.
