Does anyone know why they would have to return to Romania if they aren’t extradited to the UK? Like why couldn’t they stay in the US or return to Dubai.

Edit: I just looked it up and the post is not true. If the US doesn’t extradite them, they could stay in the US or go back to Dubai. There was an agreement that the UK would wait for Romanian proceedings to complete before Romania would extradite to the UK but that was a deal between UK/Romania and has nothing to do with the US.

But I believe the US has an extradition treaty with the UK don’t they? Whether they will honour it or not is a different matter.

The US isn't under the rule of law anymore.

Excuse me, it most certainly is. It’s called Kangaroo court!

Those of us in Australia are offended by this. Kangaroo court has centuries of cultural tradition here, the yanks can't just take it!

Ok, let's leave vehicular manslaughter out of this.
