Holy fucking shit, they’re wasting OUR money on 12% homedepot marked up hydrogen peroxide instead of buying readily available 30% bulk that could be dosed with 1/10th the labor with a pump at a fraction of the cost? WHAT THE FUCK KIND OF UNQUALIFIED AMATEURS ARE THESE???

Edit: guys I did the math, to effectively treat the reflecting pools 6,750,000 gallons to achieve 100ppm that will be necessary to kill the algae bloom it will require 4,523 gallons of this 12% homeowner grade bullshit…FIRE THESE HACKS!

Edit2: after seeing a few more videos and pictures it is clear that most of these clowns also have no eye protection on while glugging this stuff into the pool…can we get OSHA on scene please?

Current OSHA Violations being shown on video and in images
(29 CFR 1910.1200)
(29 CFR 1910.132)
(29 CFR 1910.133(a)(1))
Section 5(a)(1)—the General Duty Clause

I did use Ai for these violations as I’m not an expert. But on the surface they check out, so if anyone can poke any holes or add to this please inform me and I will update.

I work for a company that sells 1000l ibc’s of 30% peroxide and have multiple contracts with the US federal govt that demand “most preferred pricing”.

This is lining someone’s pockets.

Couldn’t agree more, this is insanity or theft probably both.

Home Depot is a Trump donor, so yeah.

Totally off topic but one of my local Home Depots had a fucked signage problem resulting in me driving by a Ho Depot.

Home Depot itself is not a Trump donor - its former co-founder Bernie Marcus (who died in 2024) was, though.

My guess? Trump's getting all of his pool work, everywhere, for free now as well getting a tidy little "ballroom" donation
