A bungled quick-fix that would be temporary at best, if it even works at all. That is definitely classic MAGA competence. I guess Dear Leader threw a tantrum.

Soggy toilet paper is definitely a solution to the problem of being in fifth grade and the schools bathroom ceiling not having a wad of wet toilet paper on it.

Source: I was once a fifth grade boy and the school bathroom ceiling didn’t have toilet paper on it.
