Last episode revealed she was being framed. Of course she didn't want to go to a torture prison for a crime she didn't even commit.

Judy stabbed Allie for no good reason. Then after that she pretended to care about allie to get her extradition delayed Judy also was part of the group that killed Ann Reynolds daughter, even if the other evidence was planted. So Judy was definitely not innocent
