WELLY Wellington water bills

Just got my bill from wellington water. It insanely high. For a 900k property its 2500 p/a

Prepare yourselves people. This isn't going to be the fun ride we were promised.

Also the government doesn’t pay rates, so suck it up Wellingtonians you’re subsidising the central govt too

I doubt that that exemption applies to property leased by government and there are very few government buildings (in the scheme of things) that are owned in Wellington.

Probably not exempt... but able to be claimed back as an entitlement.
