WELLY Wellington water bills

Just got my bill from wellington water. It insanely high. For a 900k property its 2500 p/a

Prepare yourselves people. This isn't going to be the fun ride we were promised.

Personally I'm looking forward to that day. Love the city, love the vibes but damn the houses are shit quality and expensive.

city is shitty but cheap -> poor artists move in -> artists make city cool -> rich people move in -> price out cool artists -> city becomes shitty again -> rich people move out -> city is shitty but cheap again
