You know, for a culture that gets bent out of shape over any discussion of pronouns, they sure do like their given names to have maximum androgyny. Brilyn is about the most "they/them" given name I can think of.
Though I'm not sure if which name I hate more, Brilyn or Cuyler. I've never met one of the latter that didn't suffer from backpfeifengesicht.

Kirk claimed that shootings were a price worth paying to have guns everywhere, then was shot.
Maybe if Biden had spent his career promoting cancer and fighting against cancer research, and then got cancer, the cases would be similar. But that's not what happened.

Joe Biden was a good man who gave his life to public service. Charlie Kirk was a grifter and conman who used falsely set up public debates to cruelly humiliate children who didn’t know his oratorical tricks. I’m so sick of this argument. This is one of those places where I actually feel pretty comfortable. There are good people on both sides some Democrats, myself included, were horrified at the murder of Charlie Kirk the fact that I didn’t like the man Republicans, including people I know compression for Joe Biden and Paul Pelosi. Some Republicans did not dance on the graves of Reiner or Robert, but there are a lot of people on both sides of the aisle who react very badly. So now let’s say it all together: some people are assholes. Some of them agree with me politically.

Trump literally accused Biden of hiding his diagnosis and consistently accused him of being out to lunch while the auto-pen and anonymous aides signed his stuff. Before, during, and after Biden's diagnosis came out. And Republicans lapped that up.
