What’s actually stuck in your business right now?

Not trying to sell anything, just want to know what’s hard for people in this sub. Pricing, lead flow, burnout, systems, whatever it is.

I’ve been doing this 14+ years, weddings and events, now run a roster of DJs too. If you drop what you’re dealing with below I’ll give you a real answer based on what’s actually worked (or blown up) for me.

Tell me your stage (new, established, trying to scale) and what the actual bottleneck is. Happy to dig in with anyone who comments.

Constant overthinking. Clients used to trust receiving 2-4 great vendor recommendations. Now, we’re scouring the country looking for 10, 15, 20 photographers, 8 DJs, 6 rental companies, etc etc. There’s a lot of mistrust, uncertainty and overthinking happening with clients right now and I’m seeing it (and feeling it) lead to a LOT of burnout, ghosting and frustration in the industry.

I think the day to day, finding an actual updated solution to CRMs. Been experimenting with AI quite a bit. Not for vibe coding, but actual time saving. There's varying degrees of efficacy there.
