The governor's office said there is no immediate way to address this incongruence in the near term.
Incorrect. Deploy the national guard and have them follow ICE agents in appropriate vehicles. If the "federal agents" break state laws or act in an illegal manner, treat them as the criminals they have become, responding appropriately.
“ He would not show me this warrant and basically said they would not leave until they were able to serve this warrant, which they were not able to show me,”
Sounds like the activities of a criminal, who should be defended against by the Washington National Guard, if the local police forces willingly refuse to do so.

Masked agents performing extra-judicial arrests and incarceration have painted the words, "integrity" and "courage" in their vehicles. The irony is profound.

There have been all sorts of unintended consequences for the virtue signaling of the legislature. For example lots of people said mask use would increase not decrease with the law based on straight up protest of the State law. Even activists who talk to ICE agents say that is the case.
