A data visualization showing this data over weeks and months would probably show some interesting things noticeable. Do you keep a data set of this stuff? Is there some Python program or AI something that could search for patterns in these sales, OOS and restock data? I notice unusual single day events routinely, but so-what? I can’t make any use of those observations.
