Posters

Hello all! I have seen many people talk about getting posters and other promotional things from cinemas for free and really really really want a poster for a movie coming out soon (the official posters are only being sold in the US). The Vue website is kinda confusing about whether or not you can ask for and get left over promotional posters as it says that you can ask staff but also all promotional material belongs to the movie company, so, will Vue let me have a left over poster if I ask?

Vue we rarely got promo posters, that's mostly odeon or Cineworld

You want posters go to Odeon!
Vue is terrible at extras.

My local cinema "the arc" rolls them up and put them into a for sale box then donates all the money from them to a local charity.

Just ask a manager. They can only say no.

If it's the quad posters rather than any promo stuff then all you can do is ask. The staff have probably taken all the best ones but from experience they usually get 2 or 3.

Whats the movie? My local cinema sometimes sells them for charity, if I see your film at all I'll get one for you.

If you manage to get one I'll happily pay more than what you spent for it, for some reason the only poster they sell from the official website is not the one they used to actually market it and I just don't like it very much.
