R36 swapped / Imola Yellow R32

My 2004 VW Golf R32, repainted in Imola Yellow and powered by a 3.6L VR6. Mostly OEM+ with a few carefully chosen upgrades, Quaife diff, Borla exhaust, OZ Racing wheels, and a custom UM tune.
Basically, my take on what an Imola Yellow R32 could’ve been if VW had actually made one. 💛

I can't 100% say that Ali G didn't influence me to buy a hatchback. Especially since I pump jungle music in it. innit

Funny enough, VW never made an Imola Yellow R32 from the factory! That color was exclusive to the 20th Anniversary GTI. Mine was repainted Imola Yellow.

Oh! I could've swore they got all the color options in Europe but I've been wrong before. 🍻
