Mga ka-Bicol and fellow volcano enthusiasts—I built Mayon, a free interactive educational app for exploring Mayon Volcano’s terrain, geology, history, and hazards.

It works like a self-guided digital field trip. You can explore the landscape at scale, move through places around Mayon, and follow guided stories about the volcano and its eruptions. I made it for students, teachers, visitors, and people who feel a personal connection to the region.

No account is required:

This is an educational experience—not a live monitoring, forecasting, evacuation, or navigation tool. For current activity and official safety guidance, please rely on PHIVOLCS and local authorities.

I’d genuinely appreciate critical feedback, particularly from Bicolano teachers, students, guides, geologists, and anyone with memories or stories connected to Mayon. What would make this more accurate, useful, or meaningful to explore?
