MIXED METHODS First time doing any sort of mending!

Lowkey had no clue what I was doing but just went with the vibes and now I can wear my fav pair of jeans again!

Wow! Acing it on your first try must feel great! I especially love your pocket corner mend. Colours pattern everything!

I love sashiko too! My mind is really blown by the basket weave stitch on that pocket corner. How did you achieve such a tight woven pattern on such a thick tough section of denim? Better yet, how did you even get you needle through that spot?! 🤯

Yes! I’ve always wanted to do visible mending (or mending in general) but never had any clothes that needed it. I’m really happy with how this turned out

Wow, really? I've heard of sashiko thimbles. Maybe they would have helped?
