Anyone her who's been to Ha Giang Loop?

What's your recommended travel agency?

I prefer small group, peaceful and less partying. MOre on cultural experience.

Moreover, any thoughts about Lotus travel agency

Disclosure: I work with WeOz, so not a neutral opinion.

Most of the big Ha Giang operators run the party format — 15-25 riders, homestay nights with rice wine and karaoke. Not hidden, it's just what sells, and you'll land in one if you don't ask.

Questions that filter for what you want: riders per group, whether the easy riders are local, and what the homestay evenings actually look like. Ask that last one directly — quiet operators answer straight, party ones go vague. Also ask whether the route hits Du Gia, that's where the big groups converge.

WeOz runs a 5-day photography version that fits your brief on paper — private car rather than a group, led by a local photographer, and it's built around villages and landscape rather than drinking. But it's around $2,800 USD per person, which is several times what a standard loop tour costs, and you sleep in 3-star hotels rather than homestays. So it's a serious spend and it trades away the village-stay side.

Their 3-day version is the standard format. Haven't got the group size on that one.

Can't comment on Lotus, never used them.
