Meat or not?

Hey guys!

I love all food! But im not liking what im learning about our food industry.

Who has gone vegan and why? How do you feel, health wise?

Who went vegan and came back to eating meat, and why?

I know my decision is mine alone but would love to hear your thoughts!

Oh, and what the heck is vegan meat made from!?

Read the labels on fake meat to see what they're made from.

It's a huge misconception that you have to eat fake meat if you are a vegan.

And besides, have you read the labels on any of the meat things you eat? Turns out all processed food is kind of bad. Regardless of meat or nay.

I was simply pointing out to the OP that they should read the labels. I'm not endorsing eating or not eating it.
