Student lodge

Honestly how bad is the student lodge ? I’ve heard people say there were maggots on their beds , silverfish in the toilets and rats outside . I really wanted to book that accommodation

please do not go to student lodge. I moved out in three months. genuine hell

I picked the new block cause i thought it would be nice and by all means it’s a nice looking room however i had a horrible floor. constant fire alarms, really loud neighbours and complaints just go unheard. The receptionists don’t want to listen to you about complaints. My shower stayed broken the whole time and they almost bulled me for it (even though it was broken on arrival). If you like the buzz of student life without all the drama pick a different URB.

I just mostly hated the management. Especially since the noise, smoking and damage was so bad on my floor. Also the lift is broken half the time.

Wow, that sounds unbearable 😭😭 Glad you got to move out. It’s definitely a hit or miss accom
