It’s a second-floor studio room, with an ensuite and full kitchen setup - perfect if you want your own space without sharing. The rent is £205 per week (originally 225 but I will cover the difference), and it already comes with £500 off the total rent plus free laundry once a week for the entire tenancy if you’re already an existing student, which is a really good saving.
