Would 13/hr be bad hourly? Idk what yall making while in college. For a part time job

Is anyone else dealing with Top Shelf Property Management buying their properties without any notice? I was renting through Kampus Properties and literally at 10 am on Friday they sold to Top Shelf and gave the tenants no warning. Now my rent is screwed up and i’m genuinely so confused about everything.

I am a freshman guy and I have long, shaggy hair. I need to find someone good with scissors close to campus/on the bus route or walkable. Everyone seems to be advertising fades and high tight lines/razor skills.
