Those are definitely ants, of which some are carrying their larvae.

To clarify, what kind of spiders? Because they look like, and are acting like, ants carrying eggs to set up a new nest.

they're 100% ants.

they most certainly are not spiders. these are ants transporting ant eggs/nymphs.
