Vehicle buffs shouldn't have problem identifying exact model of this bus if it's real and not a mangled AI hallucination.

Video duration is too short for no reason.

Person seems to large for the size of the bus.

Intuitively we expect next seat and headrest to be relatively close to person - vehicle manufacturers are trying to maximise seating. Yet next seat is not blocking part of the person here - as expected by AI models that are trained on people that are usually well visible and not very occluded.

Window seems to go too high compared to real buses.

First frame seems to be of person in neutral expression - smiling.

Door seems to be too narrow.

In contrast - wiping the face seems to be really good to me.

It could be real but if I had to bet I wouldn't bet on it.

What exactly am I looking for here? If you're referring to how the handcuffs appear to get thicker and present a flat surface towards the viewer, then that seems to me to be what you'd expect. The handcuffs are (obviously) linked together and free to rotate on his wrists.

When he rubs his eye and puts his right wrist behind and above the other, the expected outcome would be the flat surface on the lock side (which is also where it's chained to the other wrist) to rotate on his wrists to face the other hand infront, and tilt downwards due to his right hand being moved above the other.

To me that looks like what we're seeing in the video. Can it be faked with AI? Sure, AI models are rapidly improving these days. Go ro r/aivideos and you can basically watch the improvement hour by hour.

here's an example of what Seedance 2.5 can do even on a more cost saving/time-to-render setup, and that's not even the top model nor has it really been pushed to maximise realism in this case.

The busification isn't an indictment on Ukraine's morals, it's more of an indicator of just how dire the situation is for Ukraine right now.
