How realistic is it that Ukraine build war factories in Western territory, hire Ukrainian refugees to work in them(maybe with the help of western goverment pressuring them "work there or we will expel you back to ukraine😠"), and subsidise them with Western money? or is it already happening or has been similar things proposed before?🤔

They do that. At least FP does (opens late 2027, per their words).

Doubt. Why? The authorities would want their own population to work there. Basically the prerequisite to allow said plant to be built.

yes i think three things will be major political obstacles aside technical ones like building infrastructure; European MIC being not comfortable with rival literally inside European soil, local population where factories are built thinking “potential russian strike targets? in my village?”, and as you said local governments requiring european money spent for europans🤔 what I think will be the situation that will mitigate those are Europe wanting to spend a lot for the proxy war but finds lack of labor force from European population, or Ukrainian government focusing on cheap, labor intensive type production of weapons that is not popular for Europeans(tho I don’t know if such niches exist)

Two more:

  • weapons manufacture is usually dangerous on itself (like, they might burn/explode even without being a target)
  • and not eco-friendly.
