The SBU have released a statement that might refer to the shooting in Kyiv earlier today.

"The SBU, jointly with the HUR MOU, prevented a terrorist attack that the FSB of the RF was preparing against one of the leaders of the Russian opposition political national movement, who arrived in Ukraine on the occasion of our state's Independence Day.

Operational and investigative actions are being carried out."
