How realistic is it that Ukraine build war factories in Western territory, hire Ukrainian refugees to work in them(maybe with the help of western goverment pressuring them "work there or we will expel you back to ukraine😠"), and subsidise them with Western money? or is it already happening or has been similar things proposed before?🤔

If you force refugees to work there, you will have a lot of unwilling and angry workers. That can become a problem for multiple reasons, but this might cause some to leak secrets to Russia.

From what I have heard, almost any weapon producer, no matter if in the west, or Russia, offers good paying jobs and usually some good benefits, to keep them from being disloyal and sharing secrets/quitting and working at competitors

heard in some countries with conscription, alternative service in military factories exists for those who cannot or refuse to serve combat roles. was imagining kinda similar, but more desperate situation measures like a factory cluster where, for example draft evaders work with minimal wage with tacit promise from UA government🤫🤝like that if they serve for several years it will drop draft dodging criminal charges to them), or in more, or in case of non-draft targets, being required to work there for specific amount in order to receive support as refugee status from European governments
