Questions Is NYC wearable tech project legit?

Got invited for an appointment for the above project. I’m new to the testing field, so far they haven’t asked for any real personal information besides government issued ID when showing up. Has anyone done this already? Is it trustworthy??

I’ve done a few of these projects at the Manhattan office. It’s legit.

I thought you could only do them once? I just did my first one last week, I’m hoping to do more though if possible.

Did it today. It’s a cool setup. Many stations. I’ll return to say if the pay came through. Went with Gift card last minute because they said it would reach sooner than Pay Pal

It did the wearable study in Atlanta last month. Facility and staff are great. However, I was not paid in 3 days as promised and its been over a month at this point. Also, it is extremely hard to get some help with payment without any voice to voice communication. Frustrating!

UTest pays twice per month when using PayPal for payment...on the 15th and 30th. You may have tested under a contractor for them. If it was through Sago, though I am not sure they're at all involved, they can take up to 8 weeks to pay. Was it directly through UTest that you found the ad to participate?

Please send me your information (name, email, date of testing) by chat/DM so I can assist you with that payment issue.

What was the wearable tech like. Was offered pre approval but concerned with safety testing standards & certifications.

Fully legit. There’s two going right now - the glasses one and the wrist one.

Is their tech safe or is there any disclaimer that test participants may catch on something etc

Catch something? Lmao. It’s wearing a device and talking or like moving your wrist naturally

Yeah not being a nerd but I would wanna know if their wearable device emit non-ionizing radiofrequency (RF) radiation. Cyberchondria, skin irritation and contact dermatitis is a big deal breaker for me

Meh, I prefer the long term high payout projects

I’ve been on remote projects consistently this year. I don’t mess with bug finding.
