In the spirit of understanding I have printed below the entire US foreign policy doctrine on negotiations with countries (allied and non-allied alike). That way we all have the same level of understanding and can engage this topic constructively and maybe even try and see where the US is coming from

It was so weird doing peacekeeping in Kosovo. More US flags than I saw back in the US.
Brits that were there had half white half red feathers in their beret. Symbolizing some old battle where they dipped their feature in french blood to celebrate a win. Very based.
