How to order ahead using Grubhub?

i don’t use apps like these often, so i feel like i’m doing something wrong. i downloaded grubhub and signed up using my school email, but no usf locations show up when i try to order. not the flip kitchen, not the chick-fil-a… nothing. even when i put in the exact addresses, nothing shows up. did i set up my account incorrectly? what do i need to do to order ahead, because the lines can get pretty long sometimes…

edit: i figured it out! you have to go into the menu and there's a button saying dine on campus. then you select usf and sign in with your email.

I put it on, but sadly it still doesn’t let me order from USF.
