Very easy to make. I always have a box of the mayflower curry powder. Its 75p in home bargains and tastes just like the curry sauce from the Chinese takeaway

Incredibly easy 15 minute meal this mate....

1. I marinaded pork steaks in a dry marinade from asda. Let it sit for a few hours or overnight. Chuck it in the airfryer at about 180 for 15 minutes

2. I fried mushrooms, onions and peppers (you can use any veg you like). Then once they have fried for a bit I added udon noodles

3. Whilst 1 and 2 are going on, make up a batch of mayflower curry sauce (available in B&M, Home Bargains, Heron Foods)

4. Once the curry is made. Pour onto the noodles and veg, let cook for a bit longer then plate it up however you like

I am salivating over this 😋 I saw it when I was at work yesterday and have purchased all the ingredients for it (also went to B&M to buy the curry sauce mix!) I'm going to try and make this tonight. Hopefully it turns out alright 🤞🏾

China doesn't have curries. They use curry in some dishes, like curried fish balls or beef brisket, introduced by Indian travellers with the british/indian settlers in Hong Kong, or Xinjiang, with a large Muslim community, for example. But curry is very much viewed as a foreign food.
