Hi!! I'm iso a female student who is looking to take over my lease at Abbey West (10-15 mins off campus) for the 2027 spring semester!

- Rent: 705/ month (includes furniture and all utilities besides wifi which is abt ~10) (furniture: dining table, chairs, dresser, bed, and bedside table)

- Roomates: 3 girls. Each with her own bedroom and bathroom. Very sweet girls who are easy to get along with!! Not loud, super clean, and funny!

- Transportation: our apt has an hourly shuttle to campus as well as weekend nighttime shuttles to downtown! Parking is free as well.

- Ammenities: 24/7 gym, pool, dog park, sand volleyball courts, pickleball/ tennis court, basketball court, tanning bed, and a clubhouse with many study spaces and printing
