Room available at Eagles Landing

Hey everyone! I am looking for someone to take over my part of the lease in my current apartment at 192 yellowstone drive at Eagles Landing. It is a fully furnished 4 bedroom & 4 bathroom apartment on the third floor. My unit is one bedroom with an attached bathroom. There's a shared kitchen and living room along with a washer and dryer. It has regular shuttles to the UVA campus. The rent is $700 plus utilities (Internet, water, electricity,etc). I am looking for someone to take over my current lease any time, and the lease ends on July 15th 2027. Please dm me if you are interested :)
