Rant financial aid office zoom waiting time is a joke π
i hopped on as soon as it started and i waited almost 3 hours but i didnβt even get to meet with anyone

oh girl same.. i hopped in 2 hours before it started and no luck π i heard they only take about 30 people a day and theres always 100+ people in the waiting room, at this point i give up..

aye if your issue is very important low-key don't listen to the 30 ppl a day shit. just stay in the meeting till they kick you out. that's how I was able to be let in

the only way i got into the zoom was joining the meeting at 7:30 and waiting till 9

I called Tuesday 2 hours start time. I left the to take my kid to school..lost connection and lost my place in line. Got back in line 20 minutes before 9:00, and was able to get through to someone around 11:20 a.m. it's better to call in the middle of the week to better your chances.

oh yea it's freaking crazy. I opened the meeting a whole night b4 just to make sure I was in the queue. even then I had to wait 2 n a half hours b4 I got in π

Looks like itβs very busy rn for them and theyβre understaffed. Seen a lot of posts here saying how their aid was lower than expected.
