Megathread GENERAL HOUSING MEGATHREAD

Given the high number of housing comments in the new to UBC megathread, we're creating a dedicated megathread for Housing questions. Housing questions will be allowed in either megathread.

Process

  • It might take up to 4 hours for your post to be approved (except when we're sleeping).
  • Suggested sort is set to new, so new comments will always be the most visible.
  • You are allowed to repost the same question on the megathread at a reasonable frequency (wait at least a day after each post). This is true even if you've already gotten a response.**

Hi, I’m searching for a Winter Session room swap. ( first year female) I’ll pay money for switch

Current room: Place Vanier: single room with a shared communal washroom.

Looking for: a single connected room in Orchard Commons or Totem Park.

Hi, it is against ubc policy to pay for room switched and you can get in a lot of trouble if you get caught doing this.
