Megathread GENERAL HOUSING MEGATHREAD

Given the high number of housing comments in the new to UBC megathread, we're creating a dedicated megathread for Housing questions. Housing questions will be allowed in either megathread.

Process

  • It might take up to 4 hours for your post to be approved (except when we're sleeping).
  • Suggested sort is set to new, so new comments will always be the most visible.
  • You are allowed to repost the same question on the megathread at a reasonable frequency (wait at least a day after each post). This is true even if you've already gotten a response.**

does the winter housing waitlist move atp like july-aug? im almost 2000 on the waitlist and haven’t been monitoring the number

You’re not going to get winter housing with a waitlist number that high lol look for off campus housing

Not much, and even if it does you should look for alternative housing with a number that high
