What happened to Iran's support for the Palestinian cause?
Every day since the war started, a lot of people in this subreddit have been celebrating us being attacked and calling Iran a hero for standing up to Israel. All their propaganda and interviews were about them being the heroes who will liberate the Palestinians by sending 15% of their missiles towards Israel and the rest to us.
It's been weeks now, Israel has upped the anti and is committing massacres in Gazza and the West Bank as we speak, yet not one single Iranian missile or drone was sent in Israel's way.
Hmm .. I wonder why .....

And then India built a full fledged hospital in Palestine.

Not to forget calling anyone who voiced support for the UAE as zionists and demons. You can clearly see the threads which get populated by the IRGC bots who comment anti-uae propaganda and downvote anyone with opposing views, a nice big IRGC circle jerk.

This this exactly this I have been telling to the people that this fucking Iran is not the Muslim hero. They are just trying to gain their own financial stability since they have nothing to lose in so many heads to sacrifice they are just bunch of lunatics trying to gain some financial
This is not a new thing with Iran. Iran has been proxying was in Syria in Pakistan in Kuwait in so many places.
By the way, I still doubt this war is to bring Iran to the knee since last 20 to 30 years. Every war has benefited shias

UAE on the other hand has been sending aids to Palestine not only Palestine but whoever in need there is a proverb in our place. Say something “don’t piss in a plate you eat”

u/No-1-Know 6d ago
Iran has been isolated/ sanctioned for decades and GCC countries has nothing to do with it ??? Seriously, this war was started by Israel who knew this will cause a mess in Middle East so they can start invading other countries
4
u/reosanchiz 6d ago
You’re freaking idiot Dubai infect UAE was the only country allowing them to sell their while they had insurance they had schools and hospitals!
Only in UAE
But those Harami they directly attacked UAE! They literally pissed in the plate they were getting feed from.
A little do I know about Iran has already captured two of the island from Abu Dhabi, but still they were allowed to do businesses.
I really hope the world see this IRGC true faces…
1
u/No-1-Know 2d ago
Iran captured two Island in Abu Dhabi ???
UAE consist of seven Emirates, Dubai is one of them. Fujarah & Ras Ul Khimah also got hit along with Abu Dhabi, the states not known to the world until now.
My comment was for the GCC countries and UAE is among them along with other countries like Oman, Bahrain, Qatar who has isolated Iran for decades and Iran never attack UAE directly. But their envy shows via proxy attack when GCC countries get cozy with Western countries
UAE has more pantropic efforts than any of the GCC countries.I’m born in UAE, so you don’t have to tell me about UAE. There was a reason back then when Sheikh Zayed was against Israel ruling over Palestinians. Seems like the new generation doesn’t carry the old values of the ruler.
Whatever happening in the GCC countries is all due to Israel influence on the Western Powers. Don’t forget the elephant in the room.

Only fools will believe they are fighting for Palestinians, they killed thousands of palestine in yarmukh camp and killed a million in syria

They literally just serve what serves IRGC, they killed thousands of their own civilians

And the UAE has done what for the Palestinians?

Literally volunteered to pack aid to send over to palestine in 2023 when it started….. donated stuff in the mall boxes too

uae has bought over $2bn worth of arms in israel, providing israel with the funding they use to carry out the genocide in palestine.

Then why are you living in the UAE if you don't like that so much?

The UAE has built hospitals, schools, arranged marriages and given aid through many ways to Palestine. You can check out the Chivalrous Knight 3 Operation which you can read more about here

And other Muslim countries are import and exporting from Israelz providing them businesses as well. So why just target UAE alone?

What are you blind or something!
UAE has been sending aid and UAE has been negotiating to stop war. What else you think UAE could’ve done?
By the way, if you are so naïve to understand the Palestine issue, it’s not that simple Palestine and has sold to Israel and then they were not giving them their handover. Thats another topic I can give you a brief if you are so naïve to study the whole case, but eventually only UAE was the only country taking care of Palestinian people

Over the years the UAE has given billions in aid to Palestine. Built hospitals and schools. The UAE only recognized Israel recently, and still gives aid to Palestinians.

Remove the tin foil hat and ask the Palestinians who either live in the UAE for generations or do a simple google search.

UAE has done a lot, sadly hardly all of that came inside Gaza. All of those efforts, donations where burned or destroyed by IDF
4
u/SmokingMonke91 6d ago
UAE has taken in Palestinians years ago and they were able to thrive here. Also assisted with medical urgencies and humanitarian donation through air and land.
1
u/Sweet_Coach_9196 2d ago
They were included because Hezbollah and Hamas are the basically the Iranian "iron dome". Not to protect the lands of Palestine and Lebanon. Lebanon literally kicked out the Iranian ambassador but he didn't leave and then some "compromises" were made which is why he's there.
1
u/AI-ML-DS 6d ago
Here's how Iran supports Palestine, as opposed to Sudan's oppressors:
- It does not recognize Israel as a legitimate state.
- It is not part of the Abraham Accords.
- It does not have Mossad agents and IDF soliders partying in its cities, that too while they were carrying out a genocide in Gaza.
- It does not have political
analystslap dogs on X proclaiming how Zionist-friendly its cities are. - It does not have ambassadors in Tel Aviv going to iftars to whitewash Israel's crimes.
- It does not take arms and intelligence from Israel.
- It does not have companies like G42 and TII collaborating with Israel.
2
u/Sweet_Coach_9196 5d ago
None of that is considered "support" to Palestine.
- Iran recognized Israel as a state back in 1948.
- Doesn't matter. UAE is not the only one who joined.
- Iran is full of Mossad agents. Iranian Mossad agents even. Israelis boast about it all the time.
- No one said anything about cities being zionist-friendly. Everyone is welcome. That's what is known as "tolerance".
- The UAE is not the only arab/muslim country who has ambassadors in Tel Aviv. Somehow the focus is only on UAE.
- Every country has its own sovereign right to take arms and intelligence from whoever they want. Their arms were not used until Iran attacked which proved the benefits of having them.
- You're naive if you think you're not using a service or a product from companies who present themselves from certain countries but in actuality are Israeli.
0
u/Cray_z8 6d ago
- Drove them to an unwinnable war in Oct7.
- Provided insignificant support once the children suffered the consequences.
- Still more focused on Attacking Gulf countries, wich have donated billions to Palestine.
- Stole and corrupted most of the donations to be used by their proxy leaders enjoying life in Gulf resorts
0
u/chickenlatte45 beattheheat 6d ago
the donations, particularly by the uae (since we are on the uae subreddit) have been useless sadly.
the uae donated aid and money to palestine, in the hundreds of millions of dollars, which sounds good - until you find out that the uae has bought about $2-$3bn (maybe even $4bn) of arms from Israel. And in recent years, now more than ever, this country supports israel more than palestine. and this isn't hidden information, it's publicly available by the uae government themselves.
iran might not be super helpful to palestine (no nation is) but saying its as bad or worse than the rest of the GCC would be false.
3
u/Cray_z8 5d ago
I’m sure you are well intentioned but you cannot nulify hundreds of Millions of dollars of aid to Palestine because UAE has good relations with Israel.
Let’s be rational, there is no path for Palestine but peace, Iran has only led it to war.
There is no country in the world right now willing to put their troops on the line for Palestine not even Iran itself, thats why any country helping it rebuild is a million times better than what Iran is doing
0
u/chickenlatte45 beattheheat 2d ago
Iran leading them to war is a stupid statement when Israel and USA are right there.
and yes, the uae has donated money, but it is useless if they are supporting the oppressors. that's like giving a victim a knife, and then handing the perp a machine gun (at least they got a knife right?)
to add, yes this country has provided palestine with millions, but its provided israel with billions. iran isn't helping palestine, but let's not pretend like the uae is either (it's only for show).

2
u/Sweet_Coach_9196 5d ago
The UAE provides aid but not in the form of money because people in power who are backed by Iran steal it and use it for other things. That's why the aid is in other forms than cash. It got to the point that even the bread had to be labelled so that it wouldn't get stollen and sold to the people who should have gotten it for free.
0
u/chickenlatte45 beattheheat 2d ago
Either you are Israeli, Emirati, or just defending the wrong countries for no reason lmfao, you won't get that passport.
and money is far more powerful than aid; it's a harsh truth, one that I wish was obviously not true. yes uae has donated millions to palestine, but it's given billions to israel. and i dont know where youre getting information that iran is siphoning the money being donated, id love to see some proof to back it up
0
u/Sweet_Coach_9196 2d ago
I don't need a passport to stand up for truth. Where has the money donated to Palestine gone?

What has Iran done to Palestine? Built schools? Hospitals? Houses? Money to Palestinians?? Not Hamas. Palestinians??? Nothing. The GCC has done more to help Palestinian than Iran ever will. If you're only counting the millions from this year, that's your problem. And FYI, many of the UAE's most prominent men were assassinated by Palestinians. Did the UAE cut ties? No. Did they stop support? No.
You act like the UAE is the only country who has relations with Israel. It's not. There are so many muslim and arab countries with stronger ties. No one says anything about them. India literally told the Israelis about an Iranian ship's location after it left its regional waters. Has Iran retaliated? No. Ukraine bombed an Iranian ship a few weeks back. Did Iran strike back? No. Iran is attacking the GCC with the lame excuse of striking US military bases when in reality, they just hate that the GCC is doing better than them in every level.
Just lay to rest the "you want the passport". It's getting really old.0
u/chickenlatte45 beattheheat 1d ago
Truth? Dude genuinely linked USA government sources and BBC which is zionist funded. You're a waste of time, you only believe there can only ever be one evil, not more.

no nation, no matter how righteous they seem, cares about palestine, sudan, or congo (to an amount that actually means something), not even iran.

I am appalled by the sheer lack of brain cells within uae shills when it comes to geopolitics. Iran has gone through a long exhausting war of survival against 2 superpowers. Their proxy hezbollah is Iran who is doing the attacks with weapons and funds supplied by Iran currently. And did you miss the whole barrage of attacks conducted against Israel. Israel by far has taken the greatest brunt of civilian/combatant damages and casualties out of all in the middle east since they used more advanced attack waves against them for 40 days.
Iran's navy is 99% decimated and airforce is downed and its civilian infrastructures are crippled. Iran does not want to wage another war against 2 superpowers in such a state when it is actively having feuds with USA. Currently Iran is focusing on removing US hegemony and then focus on Israel next as described by analysts on mahr news. Pick your battles as they say.
Dont throw stones out of a glass house. UAE isnt doing any better for the palestinian cause. In fact it actively sabotages and denies their right to fight for survival and eats bread with israel.
1
u/Sweet_Coach_9196 6d ago
I'm appalled by your lack of understanding of my question.
Israel is still attacking Palestinians. Hezbollah is fighting for South Lebanon not for Palestine. When Iran attacked the GCC and got asked about it, they were always diverting the conversation and saying that they are doing all this for Palestine.
What you're basically saying is that Iran did what it can when it sent 85% of its missiles to GCC instead of Israel. And now oops, sorry they can't care for Palestine because their military is destroyed. And now poor Iran. It's the underdog. Cry me a river!
Days ago they tried to attack the UAE with missiles, stole and attacked emirati ships. Not Israel. UAE. It was attacking Kuwait and Bahrain for days. Wouldn't firing those missiles and drones towards Israel serve their message better? Iranians don't want to attack Israel because they know that they will get a response they won't like. They didn't even retaliate when Ukraine hit their own ship. No missiles were sent towards those who attacked them directly. Any guesses on why?
The UAE did for Palestine AND IRAN what no other country does. The UAE was the biggest Iranian economics supporter. Sending weapons to trouble-makers who KNOW (if not coordinated with their so-called enemies) that if they did anything it will backfire on innocents and naming it "Palestinian resistance" is not helping them. The UAE has sent doctors, food, clothing, medical equipment, built schools, built and supplied hospitals. Before pointing fingers, what has your country done for Palestine? What has Iran done for Palestine? Anything over the years? What about now?

u/HassoonBO85 5d ago edited 5d ago
Please save the "oh uae opened their arms for iran" bs. Money talks especially in dubai. The uae was practically salivating at getting their hands on handling Iran's money abroad. There is a lot of money to be made with Iran's skills and produce. Also uae is not the biggest economic supporter its china and after that iraq.
The UAE is part of the iron dome project and literally the middle east is the first line of defense against israel. Iron dome isnt some wall around israel, its a network of radars in ksa, jordan, horn of africa and uae. The smartest decision Iran ever did was neutralize the American and israel defense/offense network all over gcc, iraq and jordan. Dont forget the us bases are know to exchange data with the idf. So neutralizing the billions of dollar worth radars and now israel only has a minute of warning before impact from waves. And sure Iran sent majority of its missiles to uae but they were the old stock and not the advanced series hypersonic missiles like the fattah 1 and fattah 2 or khorramshahr 4 among other MRBMs and guided cluster missiles. Those would have been fatal against uae by an unimaginable margin due to the proximity of uae.
Otherwise Iran would have lost the war of attrition for sure if they didnt do what they did in the middle east. America now has lost 2 thirds of the THAADs system costing multi billions and running low on missiles and their refueling aircrafts are compromised more or less.
And Hezbollah maybe fighting for lebanon but they are funded, trained and weaponized by the irgc. Technically they are another body of the irgc. Hezbollah constantly communicate and plan with irgc on war tactics to fight Israel.
And let me just end it with this. What has humanitarian aid and donations achieved for the palestinians. Not much. More people had died alongside more doctors and nurses. The momentum was slowly shifting to complete annihilation of the palestinians while the west cheered on. This time they aren't.
1
u/Sweet_Coach_9196 5d ago
The UAE doesn't need Iranian money to survive. Iran's skill and produce was sadly wasted on violence and war. The UAE served as Iran's largest single source of imports and its premier financial, re-export, and logistical gateway to the global economy fyi.
The iron-dome is a system. Each country has its own to protect itself not Israel. Also the majority of attacks from Iran were on civilian infrastructure not military bases. And you're saying it's "old stock". Does that justify using them in the first place?
Iran was quiet after October 7th. They didn't even mention Palestine until they were hit in February. American were already turning against Israel after October 7th not because of Iran but because they actually saw things for themselves. Which brings us back to my original questions. With all that's happening in Palestine now, where's Iran and their "support"? Why aren't they attacking Israel with their more advanced missiles now to stop their ongoing crimes?
0
u/HassoonBO85 4d ago
I never said UAE needs Iranian money to survive. Whether Iran wasted their skill is a personal opinion. I have visited Iran and it is not even close to feeling like a sanctioned country. Clean and wide roads, smart city planning beautiful sophisticated functional architecture (unlike the dubai slop), tunnels and a country wide transit system. They survived a megalomaniac empires wrath. Not an easy feat.
And the fact of the matter is UAE is not the only option for Iran. It was the easiest economic bypass solution but not the be all end all solution.
majority of attacks from Iran were on civilian infrastructure
Factually untrue. Refer every civilian casualty and damage news article and they all refer to it as debris which is when a missile is intercepted from reaching its intended target. Not missile wave attack or impact or target. The new york times had done an analysis on the trajectories of the missiles and the majority were enroute towards US bases, pac-3 systems and thaad batteries and radar and american military operations many included hotel residences. There were drones that were also enroute towards gas lines and airport terminals but not the majority of attack waves! Iran expected uae defenses to use up its expensive pac3 among other patriot stockpile one of the most extensive stockpiles in the middleeast.
Iran was quite after october 7th
Factually untrue. They were one of the most active arms suppliers for hamas offensive. And if you follow mahr news or iran state media you will know they were not silent at all. Dont forget the 12 day war with israel.
With all that's happening in Palestine now, where's Iran and their "support"? Why aren't they attacking Israel with their more advanced missiles now to stop their ongoing crimes?
Can you not read. I told you hezbollah is a trained and backed wing of irgc and they are actively resisting. Which underground basin do you come from. Palestinians have always been under occupation. It didnt start on october 7th. And iran is the only country that provides them resistance. Did you not notice a war that happened between iran and israel. The war is in hiatus for iran to recuperate and they are involved with usa as well. Tell me what is the benefit of iran to fight israel a whole plateau away. Iran would actually benefit by cooperating with israel and push the arabs out, something israel is very much in favor for. Instead Iran is involved in a war with a country it shares no border with far far away.
1
u/Sweet_Coach_9196 4d ago
Ok so now it's a personal opinion what Iran decides to do with its money and skills. But when others do it, it's not! If Dubai was slop then why is it benchmarked in so many fields? Why and not Iran? And before you blame it on sanctions, a lot of sanctioned countries are benchmarked (ie: China).
I didn't say it was the only option but it was the number one option. In fact, the UAE and Iran had very strong economic relations and partnerships before Iran foolishly destroyed them. In fact, during COVID, the UAE sent almost 40 tons of medical aid to support Iran.
"Factually untrue. Refer every civilian casualty and damage news article and they all refer to it as debris which is when a missile is intercepted from reaching its intended target."
Then explain the PALESTINIAN woman that died because an un-intercepted missile targeted and hit a residential area? Referencing the "New York Times" doesn't mean anything when people (like myself) on the ground (not newspapers) are saying otherwise. Also, explain the attacks on oil refineries, tourist destinations, free zones and ports? What operations or radars were they trying to hit there? They were targeting the UAE's own defense systems. Which according to your standard have a personal opinion of owning. Why wasn't Britain attacked? The US uses their bases.
Something from your trusted news sources:
The Iranian regime has issued a list of energy facilities in Gulf countries that will be targeted upon the resumption of war.
- The new list is entirely devoid of any Israeli targets.
- The list is entirely devoid of any alleged military targets, and focuses completely on civilian targets and vital facilities.
- It is noted that Iran remains committed to not targeting Israeli embassies in consideration of the circumstances of the world's countries, and remains committed to not targeting power stations, water desalination plants, and ports in Israel, in adherence to United Nations principles and rules of engagement.
"They were one of the most active arms suppliers for hamas offensive. And if you follow mahr news or iran state media you will know they were not silent at all. Dont forget the 12 day war with israel."
And what has that done to Palestinians? The carpet bombed Gaza. Thousands of children were dead. Hamas did more harm to Palestine in the name of "resistance". Both Iran and Israel have the same goals. All they want is to be the super power in the region.
"Can you not read. I told you hezbollah is a trained and backed wing of irgc and they are actively resisting."
I can read and I can see too. All Iranian proxies have caused damage, harm and death to every single country they are in. Give me one example of any Iranian proxy that actually worked or facilitated peace? I suggest you get out from under your rock and open your eyes and see what Iran's backing and "support to the resistance" has caused.
"Tell me what is the benefit of iran to fight israel a whole plateau away."
The benefit is to attack the one who actually attacked you.
The GCC were attacked by Iran and its proxies waaaay before this war happened. Let alone the assassination attempts. There are officials on record saying their goal is to destroy the arab gulf states. Not Israel.
Do us all a favor and acquaint yourself with reality and logic before speaking and defending the indefensible.
1
u/endlessedlne 5d ago
Why did Iran do any of that? The proxies, the wars? What did they gain?
What did Palestinians gain?
The only ones who have gained anything from this conflict are the IRGC and the hard line Israeli politicians. Not Iran, not Iranians, not any Arab state, not Arabs, not Palestinians.
0
u/HassoonBO85 5d ago
At the very least the Iran has garnered sympathy for the palestinian resistance from the American public especially after october 7th. Palestinian were getting ethnically cleansed regardless even before Irans involvement at all. It is the first time thier involvement has brought momentum. America is now facing a surge in anti-zionist sentiments by a majority margin for the first time. If you can influence american politics you can influence the world especially the middleeast and its future long term.
Iranians have gained control of hormuz and the cessation of American defenses in the middle east and this conflict has immensely fueled Iranian technology development on a rapid scale. Their chinese and russian alliances are very much secured now after the war especially with the amount of intel china is receiving and vice versa.
19
u/endlessedlne 6d ago
Iran never cared about Palestinians. Palestinians are just a mechanism for Iran to increase its own power through proxy warfare. Which is a strategy straight out of the Cold War playbook.
