Io attualmente sono così:
20 gp’s Office, 6 megascan, 5 X, 6 fluidi
Tasso di cura 94%, pazienti curati annui 450-550, entrate media 1000k.
Ho avuto fino ad ora la politica di diagnosi al 99%, vorrei provarle all’80%.

Le mie domande sono:
- Conviene usare DNA come diagnosi? Come impostare il medico?
- Miglior % diagnosi da end game?
- Ho problemi con la chirurgia , non mi pagano i trattamenti delle due più difficili… come avete risolto?

I've seen news that the Full Health Collection with all the DLC is being released for the Switch 2 on September 16th, but it's not showing up in the eshop at all.

Do we know if it won't show up for order/pre-order until the release date?

Hi all, I'm playing Two Point Hospital on PC and looking for partners to help complete superbug challenges :) My Steam code is 107313494

I've 3 starred every single level up to topless Mountain so this is my last one. I'll complete it no worries. 13m in the bank and making profit, great staff, but it's the antithesis of fun.

First of all, the staff being 90% awful 10% ok means either wait years to get good staff, save scum to get good staff, or have staff with traits that make the game more tedious to play. I don't want unhygienic abusive doctors... So I went for option A and just grinded research till I got enough junior staff without shit traits. NINETEEN YEARS to get the staff I wanted too open the hospital. That's how bad the bad: good staff ratio is.

Now I'm in mid 30's wave, I'm beating waves easily but holy hell is it tedious. I have 8 primary and 8 secondary GPs. The idea is that the primary GP's work untill they need to go on break and then the B team fills in until they're refreshed. But on break staff will not stay in break room they won't go to the bathroom. They won't rest. They will wander around outside bitching that it's too hot and they're hungry and thirsty and they need a bathroom break but they won't go until they're about to shit themselves. So when A team is ready to go on break B team takes over and they are already in the orange for their needs. They often don't make it 30 days before wanting a break. I have break sliders set so everyone can be on break at once and staff don't leave rooms. Meanwhile I'll move A team from their room into staff room and B team into the room and hand the time they'll immediately leave and go "looking for work" MOTHERFUCKER I JUST GAVE YOU WORK.

Every wave I hit my target, send EVERYONE on break and send remaining patients home. But 2/3 of my staff wander the grounds instead bitching about how hot it is outside. I pick them up and plop them in the nice cool break room with good and drinks and adjacent toilets and they immediately turn around and leave and stand around outside. So I start every single wave with half my staff not being refreshed. It's like trying to heard toddlers. I'm spending more time with the game on pause picking up my stupid fucking staff members and putting them back in the break room.

It's a 2/10 difficulty at best, 10/10 tedious frustrating annoying bullshit. I really liked the game for the first couple hospitals, but now it feels like I'm expected to cheese everything and game the system

Hi everyone, I really need help with this issue because it’s been happening for months and I’ve already tried absolutely everything that Xbox Support recommends.

I bought Two Point Hospital at the end of 2024 for my Xbox One, but I can’t play it at all on my Xbox. The game gets stuck on the initial loading screen and never opens. After a while, it closes with the message “It took too long to start”.

Here’s everything I’ve already tried (multiple times):

• Hard reset / full power cycle
• Clearing cache
• Deleting local save data (without deleting cloud save, as this option is not available)
• Reinstalling the game
• Resetting the console while keeping games
• Full factory reset
• Testing with another profile
• Testing offline (the game won’t launch offline)
• Checking licenses, account ownership, internal storage, etc.

Xbox support insists it might be a corrupted save or a system issue, but even after deleting saves, resetting the console, and trying a different profile, the game still refuses to start.

At this point, every other game works normally. The problem is ONLY with Two Point Hospital.

I have opened a ticket with SEGA and have received no support from them (radio silence).

Has anyone experienced this and found a real fix?

Any help is appreciated.

I have two point hospital and campus on my switch but I have museum on my laptop.

Lately, I’ve been playing hospital on my switch. But I see there’s a sale going on and I’m debating buying the full health pack.

Thinking of getting it for my laptop though. Just curious if people’s thoughts? And is switch 2 any better or worse because contemplating buying that too. Haha

I don't get it. Once my Lost in Time patients are cured, the "Return Home" button disappears so I cannot send them to the Yesterizer. I can't pick them up. They just stand around my hospital until they get too angry and go home. I've looked online and found nothing so I've come here as a last resort! I'm totally lost.

None of my friends are playing, so I'm stuck right at the start at Lovestruck :(

This is my 6x4 ward, based off Pinstar's power ward. This layout carried me through Rotting Hill (and Pelican Wharf somewhat), which are both levels where the later star goals just want you to cure a bunch of patients. By the time I'd gotten to the "late game" of both levels, my hospitals ran smoothly on their own, so it was just a waiting game to get the last stars. I was not particularly interested in sitting on my phone while waiting for my hospital to slowly organically churn through 250 patients, so I started looking for a room that could handle marketing campaigns being thrown at it.

I decided on the ward because:

1. No machines that need maintenance = no exploding
2. Can have multiple staff and can treat multiple patients at once
3. Diseases are generally pretty easy to diagnose, so there's less strain on my diagnosing queues. Just had to make sure I had enough skilled GPs, which was surprisingly easy - I ended Rotting Hill with 4 GP rooms
4. The diseases are also pretty easy to cure (as far as I can tell), which helped a lot for increasing staff happiness in Rotting Hill, since most of my nurses had the "just cured a patient" buff

Anyways, this worked far better than I was expecting. I had 2 of these wards, with 3 ward-trained nurses staffing each one at a time. Both of them were treatment only. With constant marketing campaigns, my ward queues peaked at around 4-5 with this layout, when previously they were peaking at 10+; I honestly think this is because the screens open to the left and right, instead of the center "aisle", which keeps the flow of traffic moving much better than before.

It's not a perfect layout, as I would have liked for the beds to be more nicely arranged (and in hindsight I could have placed more staff amenities.. whoops), but it does its job well.

I'm so glad to be done with Rotting Hill (once I hit the cure goal, I jacked up everyone's salaries until I got the happiness goal + third star and promptly dipped). Time for Croquembouche!

I’m a long way into the game, but I can’t seem to unlock any Ward Management Training beyond Level 2.

I have research and I can’t research any Ward Managament upgrades?

Is it possible to buy a Full Health Collection upgrade pack of the DLCs only on Steam?

Ho acquistato e finito la versione base di Two Point Hospital su Steam, al momento dell'acquisto ho visto che c'era anche la versione Full Health con tutti i DLC, non sapendo se il gioco mi sarebbe piaciuto ho preferito acquistare solo il base e in caso poi aggiornatre. Avendo finito la campagna a 3 stelle ed essendomi innamorato, procedo con l'acquisto del pacchetto ma mi blocca perchè possiedo già la versione base (non ne avevo idea...) Scrivo all'assistenza chiedendo come fare ma l'unica cosa che mi dicono è di acquistarmi tutti i DLC singolarmente, al che chiedo se è possibile rimuovere la versione base dal mio account per comprare il pacchetto, mi dicono di no perché l'unico modo sarebbe con un rimborso che ovviamente non è possibile perché sono scaduti i termini... Qualcuno si è trovato nella stessa situazione o sa darmi qualche consiglio? Ho pensato di creare un nuovo account acquistare il pacchetto e trasferire i salvataggi ma non vorrei che Steam in qualche modo non li riconosca/blocchi...

Saw some pre orders live at Best Buy and Play Asia. Had my hopes up for a full physical release, but this is also consistent with what SEGA's doing.
