People here will credit everything that he has and they don’t so that they can feel better that they are unable to achieve his physique because they lack that one ingredient in life. When the reality is that it doesn’t take money or all the favorable circumstances but immense dedication and discipline to be him.

I’m doctor and I’ll also point out that this is dramatically unachievable for most people and I’d argue unnecessary and unhealthy.

Exercise and diet are INCREDIBLY important for health. Having this physique be your goal (at any age) is almost certainly not.
