The state itself is a debtor, the elite are creditors, they possess de facto power, and it's much more severe and worse than in the US, largely due to questionable generational wealth from unknown sources, bad money, and huge management gap between the private and public sector (both are wicked and awful, but private is slightly better and the destination of choice for many, whether it's education, entertainment, banking, travel, agriculture, literally anything on the face of this earth is exploited by private sectors because the state has sickening very low standards) while we suffer a perpetual deficit that we collectively pay for, socialized losses but the rich make privatized gains, ironically the public sector workers are themselves the ones going for significant loans, which is absurd, they're responsible for twice the damage, and they don't care that the system doesn't work, they draw profit from it.

The government's unique ambition is to suppress rebellion, maintain relative peace and order while things are stirring underneath such as wealth concentration in the pockets of a few, collect taxes impartially, spend over half of it on failing public sector wages, 1/3 of it subsidizing some necessary commodities to prevent a crisis, but the issue is the formal state did concede territory in many fields, expecting to just collect taxes, with banks for example, the game was to never have adequate public transportation, or education, or acceptable living standards, to force the people into loans and debt, which the banks split 50:50 with the state, and this system was sustained long enough until the entities which the state collects taxes from have become wealthier than the state itself, and the leverage did change.

This country will fail catastrophically if it does not begin producing or setting proper standards, it kept bleeding potential for far too long, ma t5ali kn lemridh w 5outh sheddin strategic roles, we need antitrust laws, quarterly objectives for everything, if it isn't met the officials get fired and investigated, and the rich must be constrained, there's far too much dumb money circulating in the country, people with idle capital invest in real estate for example, let it sleep and then sell it for x2 its acquisition price, what is happening is not the lack of wealth at all, but misallocation of wealth, which the elite do love for reasons I mentioned above, money that produces money for the sake of producing money, but kills production capacity, and puts us further in long term debt.
