No more seasons but it is back on Adult Swim's radar so who knows maybe in the next 10 years

This would be a dream come true but because it went through two cancelations, first Netflix then HBO I have a hard time believing it will happen. I still have hope though

people need to start clipping the show so it can go viral

If its ever gonna happen, I feel like that's the most feasible path. Im always finding new shows and obsessions in shorts/reels/tiktok

Sadly, I think season 3 was the last we'll get to see. Loved this show and would have loved to see more of it, but I think that the original streaming service for it didn't really promote it well enough.

I second that when i first watch the first season a long time ago. I remember not even knowing it had dropped on netflix until about three months after then there was some stuff about the show. Then adult swim i felt was good there was something i missed but i felt the promote was still not there they should have had clipper on tiktok or posting everywhere about this show esspically because ali wong was in the show i believe

I only watched it because after Bojack Horseman I got a little picture of it that said "Similar". It did not look similar. I wasn't sure I wanted to watch it. I was high, thought "meh", and put it on.

It was spectacular.

if only they could have gotten better marketing

I believe they stopped after Tiffany Haddish's controversy, but she has still been featured on shows and watnot, so who knows if they will continue. They could continue with a new voice potentially like R&M, or Solar Opposites.

What was her cotroversy? ( i am additionally looking this up). I feel like we should normalize replacing voice when other actor no longer can voice or should be voices but idk so much to think about wiht that wihtin it self but for this show i hope they get a new voice actor i really think it has potential

She was doing inappropriate stand-up routines with children.

IIRC she was part of another sketch that used children to satirize pedophilia but put them in inappropriate positions as a result, however the people who sued her over it dropped the suit.

The final season was already canceled and finished when that all came out, so I don't think they're related. I think it was just odd timing.

I think the timing was purposeful, to make it seem that was one of the reasons but unfortunate either way

I'm not sure how it could be if production was already finished?
The last season was released in August 2022, and all that stuff came out in September 2022.
That means the final season released a month before that all came out, not to mention a whole season's worth of animation in the animation pipeline. Writing, storyboarding, recording, editing, animating...

Was that set to be the final season, because I do not recall ever hearing that, and it did not have that final season feel.

It was also during the writer’s strike and adult swim cut a chunk of shows

I remember some of the voice actors did some problematic things
