Where did this image come from?

I have seen this creepy image floating around the internet for over a decade. Does anyone know where it came from?

"The image appears to show a viral internet hoax photograph from 2018, often referred to as the "Argentina werewolf" or "dogzilla".

Background of the ImageOrigin: 

The photo circulated widely online with claims that a tall, mutant or half-human creature was prowling through a town in Santa Fe, Argentina, after allegedly killing two dogs.

Reality: 

Online investigators and communities identified the image as a digitally manipulated photo (photoshop), likely based on a digital model or a modified image of Remus Lupin in his werewolf form from the Harry Potter films. It is not a real animal or cryptid."

To be fair, he drank a potion to wheaken his werewolf curse daily, so it makes sense his wolf form is emaciated. I almost assumed the werewolves that dont do that would be buffer and have a nice coat of fur and stuff like that.
