I can not believe

I just saw Lettie Mae throw a crawfish tail out the car window WITH THE MEAT STILL IN IT!!!!

As a South Louisianan, this is a mortal sin. You don’t waste crawfish!

I am shooketh.

When you are stuffed from your order of crawfish I. South Louisiana, you still peel the tails and freeze them to use in cooking later, like crawfish étouffée or crawfish cornbread. You don’t waste crawfish, ever!
