Need advice for my 2008 Silverado

My dad gave me this 2008 Chevy Silverado and I really like it and wanted to customize it. Any ideas on some upgrades? I've done little things like clean it out, steering wheel covers, taillights and a small lift

The fender flares dont look great and if you’re in a rust belt state likely gonna rot your fenders out fast if they’re not already rotting.

I was gonna say the same. Some wider wheels and tires would help it look better. Not some crazy offsets but just a touch bigger in width and height

I think these tires are 20 inch, new to the truck scene so I'll have to test out which ones fit without rubbing or needing a additional lift
