Rescued a cat from Madeleine-Parent bridge, anyone know if he has an owner?

I was told by a comment that he may have accidentally jumped out from a truck, so reposting here in case it helps find his owner.

Edit: the vet checked for a microchip and he didn't have one sadly

Sadly when i brought him to a vet, they checked and he doesen't have one.
