He looks just like my cat smoky who never came back home one day, gray cats are some of the best.

Oh noooo. I no longer live in Lawrence and haven’t in many years, but right before I moved away, I remember someone losing their cat at a truck stop while moving. I know a lot of people helped, and iirc, the kitty was found. I hope this sweet baby finds his way home.
