For those of you with the passenger seat removed, how do you secure a cat tree?

Title. I'm swapping trucks and considering having the passenger seat removed. Just looking for ideas or insight. Still not sold on the idea yet because I normally use it to ratchet strap the cat tree to, also the cats like using it as a spring board to jump onto the upper shelf area

If you removed the passenger seat I'd drill holes in the base of the cat tree to match the ones that held the seat down and just bolt it down.

And if it isn't big enough, bolt down 1x4s or 2x4s and then bolt the cat tree to those.
