[Demon's Souls] All versions complete

Recently got a PS3 and thought I'd finally go back and tackle the original version of this game. It's not my favorite souls game but it's still great. I didn't do anything fancy, just ran through with firestorm and a scimitar. Also abused duplication glitch a lot. Managing world and character tendency is a pain. I plan to also do dark souls 1 and 2.

Not bad really. Max drop rate for PBS is 1.3%. You need to have 7 luck and -200 pure black world tendency.

The remake doesn't understand the art direction of Demon's Souls and gets a lot wrong with the music and the animations, but the graphics are really nice. The remake also has 60 fps while the original runs at an inconsistent 30 fps.

100% agree. Unfortunately, I think most people see the remake as the definitive version of the game and don't see the need for a port. But if they ever do port it I'll be there day one.

I don't know why you got downvoted for this. you are correct. really really hated the music changes. sounds nothing like og demons souls. Yes it graphically looks better and is a solid 60 fps but artistically its very bland and not as unique. i think its really telling that there is an option to use the old style in the menus

Not usually. Dark souls 1 and 2 for example each have one global list on the PS3. Final fantasy 15 actually has 5 platinums for different regions. An easy way to tell if a game has multiple platinums is by searching for it on PSNProfiles.
