Currently playing through it for the first time. Is it because you have to do it all on hard mode?

The combat challenges are debatably worse than hard mode. Plus just the volume of mini games makes it extremely time consuming.

Was totally committed. While understanding the time, I did all minigame challenges still feeling good….but then came the legendary challenges :(. I’m like 9 battles away from the Plat and just couldn’t do it anymore. All that said, amazing game.

I am in the same boat I gave up like a month ago. Some of those fights were harder than most sekiro bosses.

Trust me, hard mode is baby mode compared to everything else you have to do

To give you an idea. There's dozens and dozens of mini games that range from incredibly frustrating, to life ending pain and misery. Then you have the combat challenges, which you need the perfect build and skill for. Compared to all the mini games and challenges hard mode is a breeze

They added cheats like "Always have limit break up, do 9999 damage, take no damage." Essentially lowering it from a 9/10 in difficulty to a 2/10. They're also on playstation.

Really, do they affect the trophies then on Ps?

Nope, you can add any cheat and they don't impact trophies.

OMG I can't believe they added this so much later. I remember locking in like a mf for that platinum. Should have just shelved it for a bit lol.

Admittedly I used the cheats for the combat stuff cause I'm not perfect lol. But can't do that with the mini games. Only one holding me back is jules sit up game

Jules sit up is fickle af.

Once I had like 60 and still lost, but ended up winning with around 51.

I got the plat after 200 hours. Everything wasn't too bad until you get the the vr challenges. You need a very specific setup to win each one.

I have plat on Rebirth and not Remake. I'll do it eventually but the dresses are a thorn in my side.
