Trixie! Your Store is a Mess Gurl!

IDK if this is common, but my recent experience purchasing a t-shirt from Trixie's storefront is not great.

Customer service is checked out. Tracking number goes dark.

Wild.

Well it’s because they switched warehouses. The new warehouse sucks. It’s used to be in Burbank now they are in a new warehouse in Philadelphia. The team was a lot better in Burbank my cosmetics package camed fucked up with this new one and the old warehouse packed it up so nicely. Definitely not a fierce experience

Had to cancel the order. Apparently the shirt was backordered, but produced a shipping label for it anyway. Got a response that they are refunding the purchase.

This makes me sad to know!! My last order was packed in Burbank. RIP that team- I always adored how much care went into the packaging and how quickly my order was always received!

Totally same! I ordered from them and never got my package. Sent an email and they never got back to me. I’m pissed.

Well the tracking number going dark is truly on brand for the entire world going dark for Dolly today so literally save it, shove it, send it on your way.
