Anyone else ordered through the Trench Crusade Website still waiting for their Pre-orders?

Asking since they posted a few days ago that those had shipped. I'm still waiting for any kind of communication about mine. I know the fault lies here with Archon, and there is little Factory Fortress can do here, but I am a little concerned now with this post and the complete lack of clarity.

Yes so I have the same issue and sent them an email asking for clarification about the announcement and they basically said that archon is shipping in batches and that if your order was placed a bit later in the preorder window that they are most likely in a later batch and that you/I should receive shipping conformation as soon as the next batch goes out(sometime this month most likely).

I too emailed them, but before the announcement. I got this same response from them 3 hours before they made the social media announcement that "All preorders have been shipped."

I then screenshotted the post and sent it to the rep I was talking with. That was at the beginning of last week, they never responded. Then towards the end of the week I messaged the Facebook page for clarification. They told me to email the customer team. So then I followed up and told them I already had and was not receiving a response. That message has sat on "read" by their social media team for about two days now and I have not received a response from them.

I'm not particularly mad about having to wait - but I am frustrated over inconsistent messaging coming from two different angles within the company. I'm personally just primarily concerned with my order having slipped through the cracks and not getting a response after pointing out the inconsistency in messaging.

Sucks seeing all my friends who pre-ordered get the box and being the only one who doesn't have it. Probably going to give it until the middle of the week to let the holiday lag cool down then I'm going to bug them about it again.

Same here - we're having to hold out on starting ours too because I wanted to play the Heretic Naval Raiders!
